We’ll set you up for success, and you’ll learn how to assess, program for, work with and assist clients who require more tailored programs in a 1:1 or small group Pilates setting to optimise outcomes.

This course includes 7 full face to face contact weekends, spread over 7 months, to allow for all the information to sink in and plenty of practice time.
There will be some theory-based e-learning, between each face to face. All of the practical elements and practice teaching will be during the face to face sessions.
