If you want to significantly increase your knowledge as a Pilates instructor, as well as your potential employment opportunities, this is the course for you. You’ll get the opportunity to delve deeper into the management and treatment of long-term chronic pain, as well as both common and complex injuries, rehabilitation protocols, special populations, and capacity building (see below for course inclusions).
This course takes a multidisciplinary approach to care, providing you with the skills necessary to support those with managed or stabilised health conditions. We’ll teach you how to assess, program for, and work with clients who require bespoke programming in a 1-on-1 or small group Pilates setting to make sure they get optimal outcomes. This will give you all the confidence you need for assessing, referring, programming for, and progressing any clients who walk through your door.
